Hueloween - Witches Fingers

A Halloween inspired Huel recipe for you created by @gingervegan. Try the frighteningly delicious Witches Fingers and pair with our savory Spicy Tomato & Beetroot Soup.

Ingredients

1¼ cups (150 g) all-purpose flour
3 scoops Unflavored and Unsweetened Huel
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup (220 ml) water
1 vegetable stock cube
1 pinch black pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Almonds or pumpkin seeds for fingernails
A pinch of crushed chili pepper

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients (minus nuts and chilis) in a mixing bowl. Add stock and oil and mix until combined.
Roll out on a chopping board and knead until a dough consistency is achieved.
Take an apricot sized chunk of dough and roll out into a finger shape. Flatten one end with a teaspoon and dust in the chilis. Shape around a nut to make it look like a fingernail, and using a kitchen knife, indent half way down to make a knuckle. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
